The Human-Centric AI Cohort

why should I sign up?

AI is changing the way organizations work. But many leaders in public and women’s health are being asked to adapt without the time, support, or space to think critically about what that means.

Which is why we created this cohort: for executives and changemakers who want to engage with AI intentionally, not reactively.

If this resonates, you’re in the right place.

  • The core transformation for our cohort is to move from being curious about AI to confidently making key strategic decisions that:

    • Invest in employee skill-building

    • Capitalize on the team's human strengths

    • Leverage AI for organizational scaling

The overarching goal is to augment the organization's strategic differentiators, avoiding the pitfalls of generic "AI slop" and privacy risks.

  • Timeline: July, 2026 Final Dates TBC

    Session Schedule:

    • 3 Interactive Live Workshop Sessions: (75 minutes total with 30+ min discussion and Q&A) Each week we will host an online live workshop that outlines key ideas, helpful tools, and provides recommendations for how to bring AI into your day-to-day work. We’ll introduce key concepts and facilitate discussions amongst the cohort.

    • Optional Sessions: (45 min) - The first two weeks will include optional secondary sessions with expert guest speakers doing deep dives into select topics.

  • Upon completion, you’ll leave with:

    • Resources to implement that tools you’ve learned about during the workshops

    • A private consultation with Tarid Change to discuss your change management plan

    • Invitations to organizational events like follow-up sessions with your cohort

    • A Certificate showing completion of the course
